N-Gaged is the independent training arm of Filton College.
It has been established to deliver flexible, employer-focused training solutions - free from the
traditional constraints of the College system.
N-GAGED has a dedicated employer engagement team that works closely with employers at board level, with training departments or at Union Representative level to provide a bespoke service in training needs identification, solution design, delivery and evaluation.
The service we provide to you, the customer, as well as to trainees or delegates sets N-GAGED apart from other providers due to our regular feedback, individual progress reports and flexible invoicing arrangements.
Of course, we understand your need to maximise your training budget and an essential element of the N-Gaged approach is to fully understand your business needs and to access the relevant Government funding support, if available.
So not only do we access thousands of pounds of training support for certain courses, we provide a free training needs analysis, course design, monitoring and evaluation service - introducing a whole team of experts into your business to help plan major training schemes and professional development programmes.
