Community Learning

Filton College works with key partners in the community to deliver accessible education and training in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. This is the key element in our overall strategy for widening participation.

Our community learning centres include:

Outreach Centres

Through work with clients using the College Outreach Centres, at:

  • Bradley Stoke
  • Patchway/Coniston
  • Filton
  • Yate
  • Kingswood

Clients will be screened and assessed to identify Basic Skills needs.

Community Outreach Provision

To ensure we provide a comprehensive community-based education, Filton College Community team is divided into three main areas:

Widening Participation Community Courses available through Filton College
