Filton College’s ‘‘B–Able’ success and a visit to New York!
Filton College’s ‘B-Able’ Academy is designed for
dynamic go-getters who want a career within the
Business or IT sectors. B–Able stands for Bristol
Academy of Business, Law and Entrepreneurship;
and caters for students who wish to study
marketing, human resources, finance, and how to
start their own business. In order to improve B–Able
stud ents’ employment opportunities on completion of their course, students often
undertake a work experience programme to give them confidence in working
within a real-life business environment.
Through B–Able we can offer an education which many schools and college will find difficult to match. Filton College is one of the most for ward-thinking and innovative colleges in the area and the launch of the B–Able academy is yet another step forward in our drive to constantly improve the education and experience we give to our students.
B–Able is staffed by former and current industry experts who are all fully qualified within their subject areas, whilst also having practical industry experience. Students may also have the oppo rtunity to visit New York!
